In this foundational role, you will be responsible for all things growth marketing at Matchday which means clearly communicating what our games are about to our target audiences, and devising and executing campaigns focused on user acquisition. Creative thinking, crystal clear communication and data-informed decision making are all key attributes of this position. Our focus on mass casual sports audience means we have a mobile-first focus, though other platforms will also be important as we ship new category-defining games. This is the opportunity to bring new exciting games for football’s 5B fans, working with AAA licenses such as FIFA & FIFPRO, and bring together the worlds of gaming, sports and web3 to delights fans around the world.
This is a remote-first position based in Europe or in the US, with monthly travel to our Studio HQ in Barcelona to jam with other members of the Matchday team. This role reports into the Chief Gaming Officer, working collaboratively with all studio leads across Art, Design, Engineering and Community.
